From childhood, my life was filled with immense suffering. I sometimes call myself a “suffering specialist” and laugh about it. But maybe that’s why God sent me here — to go through suffering firsthand, find a solution, and share it with you all.

So, I have no regrets. Still, as a child, I often wondered why my life was so miserable when I hadn’t done anything wrong — at least not in this lifetime.

The course “Calm In One Hour” was born from my deep desire to reduce suffering in my own life — just like Buddha’s quest to understand why suffering exists and how to end it.

I’ve spent the past 30 years immersed in mantra sadhana — not one, not two, but three decades of deep practice, exploration, and discovery. It was not easy; there were many ups and downs.

But I can tell you one thing from the bottom of my heart:

Mantras are a million times more powerful than meditation.

Mantra works like magic. It can transform your mind, heart, and energy in ways that simple silence cannot. And remember, mantra yoga is a part of yoga itself — it’s not religious, so please have no doubts in your mind.

And by the way, I’m a very simple, ordinary person. I don’t think you need to know anything more about me. But I will end here by saying this:
